• All items are handmade.

• Materials must be sourced, which can take up to 1 week.

• Item creation takes an additional 2–3 weeks.

• Shipping within Canada typically takes 1–2 weeks.

• Please expect a total turnaround time of 4–6 weeks from your order date.

Ready-Made Items

• Items ship within 1 week of purchase.

Digital Patterns

• Digital patterns are delivered instantly via email upon purchase.

Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days of your original purchase.

• Since each item is handmade and materials are specially sourced, all orders become final sale after the 2-day cancellation window.

• To request a cancellation, please email us within this timeframe.

• Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note:

• After the 2-day period, all sales are final.

• Due to the digital nature of our patterns, all digital sales are final upon purchase.
